ATdas es einen Sonnenschirm im Apartment gab.
es gab kein warmes Wasser, keine Hygieneartikel und keine Geschirrtücher. Eine angefangene Rolle Klopapier, war etwas dürftig. aus dem Waschbecken kam beim Warmwasser eine braune Brühe. das Bett war ein Horror....... beim umdrehen weckte man sich gegenseitig auf.

La zone est considéré comme touristique alors que les distractions sont minimes. Tous les parkings d'accès aux plages sont payants jusqu'au 31 octobre.
ITAppartamento in posizione comoda, con parcheggio riservato, pulitissimo. La cucina è ben accessoriata ed ho molto apprezzato anche la disponibilità di due stuoie e di un ombrellone da sfruttare per andare presso le bellissime spiagge libere presenti nella zona
L'unica nota negativa, motivo che mi ha portato ad assegnare un 9 anzichè un 10, è il letto, cigolante e con un affossamento che impediva di distendersi senza rotolare al centro, davvero molto scomodo!
IT· Ottima posizione, molto vicina alle spiagge più belle della zona. l'appartamento è ampio, completo di ogni comfort. Cucina accessoriata. In casa è presente l'aria condizionata, utile nelle giornate molto calde. Parcheggio privato sotto casa. Proprietario disponibile e attento alle necessità, ma mai invadente. Consigliatissimo

Il letto (andrebbe sostituito con uno confortevole). L'illuminazione dai toni freddi e poco accogliente (le luci a basso consumo esistono anche con toni caldi). La casa è ampia e ben accessoriata, potrebbe migliorare molto.
EEThe property was very modern, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything nesessary for a great stay was available, including kitchen utensils, coffee machine, washing machine, beach umbrella. The bathroom and the whole apartment were nicely spacious. Wifi with good speed. And the host was really nice, good communication, answered quickly to our questions and gave reccommendations. Thank you, Jay! Location of the property was also perfect, grocery nearby and some of the beaches in a walking distance (important for us since we haven't rented a car). We arrived earlier than was official check-in time, talked to host and he afforded us earlier check-in. Highly reccommended!
SIPolite owner, very good location in you want to visit Chia. Market near by (5 minutes walk). Apartment clean with parking spot. Nice neighbours. Large apartment, turn on AC few hours before bedtime. Responsive, thanks for all informations. Big kitchen, large bathroom and badroom. Great view in the evening.

SIGood location, cozied up with other houses in the neighbourhood. Nice atmosphere on the balcony, great for hanging out and having some dinner when the day cools off.
