The only nuisance was the WhatsApp video call to check in which was a bit of a pain after a long journey

We loved our stay here. The apartment is beautiful. It was well located near central Como, the lake (close to terminal to buy tickets for ferry), the station and a supermarket. We loved the terrace with a view facing the mountains. The apartment had everything you needed to make you feel at home. We found communication easy and helpful. The air-conditioning worked well. It is fairly priced for what you get and in the location it is. We didn't want to leave!

Everything was great. It’s a very nice and comfortable apartment.

The check-in system is a bit confusing. I didn’t realise that I had to contact the manager for check-in instructions after completing the online check-in. Normally, these details are sent automatically, or you just go directly to the address. Maybe I just missed that piece of information, but I still can’t find where it was mentioned. When I arrived at the apartment address, nobody was there. I called the manager, and he told me that I was supposed to go to the office first—which means you have to carry your bags to the office and then to the apartment, about a 10-minute walk. I don’t find that very convenient, especially when you’re coming from a long journey. Anyway, the manager was very nice and brought the key to where I was and even helped me carry my bag upstairs. The second problem I found was that there’s no washing machine in the apartment. It has everything you could possibly need—and things you don’t—but no washing machine. A bit strange.

The location was very walkable and close to the lake. The apartment was super cute and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is on the top floor with no elevator so just be prepared to climb the stairs but overall great stay.

Location was perfect, as we travelled a lot around northern Italy. Only a 5 minute walk from Como Lago, and 15 to Como San Giovanni. Very close to the centre in an ideal location.

It rained quite a lot towards the end of our time in Como, limiting us from the activities we could do around Como so we had to travel quite far to get nice weather (Bologna, Geonoa). In the evenings when we got back, it would have been nice maybe to have a TV for some background noise while we cooked/ chatted/ played games. One day we were especially tired after being outside in the rain all day, maybe a movie would have been the maximum relaxation we needed. Not a big deal really though, as we had an amazing time.

Spotless, cosy. Central location. Good private parking. Lovely building.
