We arrived at the apartment confused by location, tried calling hosts were not answering, apparently she tried to come and find us however clearly not as if she did she would have seen us. Then we arrived in apartment she gave us the key, VERY unwelcoming, she then took us to the balcony and proceeded to say that the previous guests brought in the exterior cushions so we will have to put them out. First of all we are guests not hosts and the apartment should be ready for our stay. Now this is where the problems really start, next day we returned from our day out and found the hosts had been in the apartment with no notice not professional and with valuables out we felt unsafe and uncomfortable. We believed this was a one off however the next day they had come in again UNANNOUNCED, when it clearly states in their own guidebook that they will not gain access to the property, liars. Finally during checkout I was visiting with my friend he was staying on the sofa and gave me the bedroom not that we have to justify this, owners are rude complained she had to clean everything. They enter the apartment unannounced risking your personal items and in generally down right rude!

Excellent view, close to town, some stairs but excellent. The kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood was nice and quiet, but minutes from the activity. Excellent patio. Jelena was always available when needed. We enjoyed our stay and wish we were able to extend but already made other accommodations in another city.

Spacious and really well appointed. Top apartment has water views. Would be great place for prolonged vacation. Comfortable and clean. Host very responsive.

No soap or shampoo. Long uphill walk with lots of stairs so be ready to carry your luggage a bit!

The apartment was huge. There was a really nice kitchen with all its associated equipments, very nice room with attached bathroom and another bathroom, very comfy living room and a front yard you can sit in. It is very clean, looks nice, great for a couple. There are other guests staying during the same time but the rooms are quite well soundproofed I barely heard them. Location is quite close to the port. I arrived at 1030, and the host very generously allowed me to come in right away and showed me around the property, which I very much appreciated.

The check-in process is done in person. I arranged the check-in time but changed my plan for the check-out time, which caused some frustration on the part of my host. There always seem to be someone physically in the facility but I could never figure out which room I should be knocking to find my host. The address, if you use the app function of opening the location with Google Map, it will direct you to the wrong address, so I initially showed up at some other guy's doorstep. I would make sure to type in the actual address when navigating to this place. This place is up on the hills, so there were many stairs that required climbing. + I saw your reply to my review. I acknowledge that I didn't inform you the change in check-out time, because I was going to leave by the designated check-out time of 10am anyways, so I really wasn't expecting that you will call the cleaner beforehand. I purchased the room for the night, so I have right to stay until the checkout time and it is a courtesy, not my obligation to inform the change in check-out time. And I left right at 10am, not 1015 as you said. I remember this, as I was on my way out with my luggage when you came knocking on the door right at 10am asking why I didn't leave earlier. Also, the apartment cost was 129 euro per night, not less than 99 euro like you've mentioned. Other than failing to inform you the change in check-out time, I have not been rude in our interaction at all, and my initial review was 9/10. As you call me rude and not wishing me to come back at all, I also take liberty to adjust my rating.
