I decided on a written comment only as a warning to future guests. Namely, the house is full of moisture, which should have been mentioned when booking, which caused problems for my friend. I warn everyone with issues with, for example, asthma, to consider this. In addition, the cleanliness was not at the expected level, and the breakfast was also average. All in all, too expensive for what you get, and the humidity issue is a big problem.

Mirjana and her son Dom were wonderful hosts during our stay at their beautiful cottage in Ilok. The 200 year old fisherman's cottage was naturally cool and beautifully decorated with period antiques and a footpath from it lead directly down to the Danube. Walking out into the lush yard every morning to the sound of birds singing was always a great way to start the day. We also enjoyed tasting the family's own wine that they grow at a nearby estate and especially liked their award winning champagne. We would definitely stay here again.
