Very good location in centre of Jesi. Everything you need is within walking distance. Very nice historical building. Welcoming host Nice view from the bedroom. Good facilities in the apartment.

The double bed was not comfortable, it was very hard. The single beds in the corner of main bedroom and living room were more comfortable than the double bed, because of this my husband an I decided to sleep separately on the single beds. The apartment was cold, we didn’t have control of setting the temperature as they removed the heating remote control. If we wanted a higher temperature we had to message the host. There is not lift and the apartment was on the third floor

Roccabella B&B is a modernized city apartment in historic Jesi. The operator has carried out extensive modernization in the historic townhouse and you have all the advantages of a new apartment. The apartment is spacious and offers every comfort. Due to its location on the 2nd floor (stairs only), access is not suitable for people with limited mobility since, as described, it is a historic town house. The location deserves a 5 star rating because you are right in the center on one side of the pedestrian zone. It should be mentioned that Jesi, like many of these towns in the Marche, also has different elevations due to its hilly location. This means that when you walk through picturesque streets you are always confronted with running up or down steps (old horse roads, very picturesque). The place is not "ground level" but rather has a "mountain and valley character" due to the way it was built over the centuries, which is very enchanting. If you don't take care of yourself (the kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped / supermarket about 5 minutes walk away - Centro Commerciale "Il Torrione") you will find bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. In my case, the key handover/check-in was carried out personally by the operator, and the checkout was also carried out absolutely smoothly thanks to the good communication (including the possibility of contacting the operator at any time if necessary). The apartment features : - a separate entrance in the stairwell - a small hallway - a small kitchen with every comfort - a room with a couch and TV - a pretty bathroom with shower/toilet/bidet/two sinks - a bedroom with a couch and double bed/wardrobe/TV with a view of the roofs of Jesi It's worth booking this accommodation!!!

The place is amazing! We really like it. It is comfortable, spacious and super clean. It's well organized and has an amazing view. The place is well located, near the center of the old town. Walking distance from several restaurants and bars.

If you are walking from the train station it is a 10 minute walk, but part of it was uphill, and the building, as it's an old building, doesn't have a lift, so it can be a little hard to walk up to a third floor with luggage, but that's just a minimal thing. Another thing is that breakfast is offered as part of the deal, but it was not properly breakfast, instead it was just some toast, cookies and a cup of yogurt.

The apartment is really lovely and right in the heart of the old part of the city so very scenic. Stefano was very nice and helpful when we had issues with our car parking.

Because it is right in the heart of the old part of the city you can’t drive up to the apartment- you have to park a distance away and we didn’t have any instructions so wasn’t easy to find. apartment is on 4th floor with no elevator so not great if you have heavy suitcases but Stefano did offer to help.
