Beautiful space and perfect location. Also, our host, Alexia, was amazing - attentive and quick to respond (and initiate contact).

We loved everything about this property - so much that we canceled our move to Milan and stayed here for an extra two nights. The location was particularly convenient, right in the middle of the pedestrian zone yet in a relatively quiet area. The bakery downstairs was extremely convenient for breakfast, together with the kitchen for other meals when required. For our family of 4, it was perfect.

So handy to everything - great location. The host Alexia made sure we were comfortable and caught up with us to say goodbye.

Property was super clean, furniture was new, bathrooms were spacious, the property owner was super friendly and always was on contact.

The house is indeed a hidden germ in the very centre of Como - spacious, elegantly decorated, well equipped with appliances and supplies for either a long or short stay. But what charms me most is its host. Alexia is probably the best bnb host I have ever met. She’s super friendly, caring and helpful. As we were driving and the property is located in a pedestrian zone, it’s a bit tricky to drop our luggage and then find an overnight parking space for our e-car. Not only did Alexia greet us at the drop off point, walk us through the check-in and provide us the essentials about travelling in Lake Como, she even took the time to guide us to the car park and helped us locate the EV charging facility. Weather was dismal on our last day in Como, but it was all made up by Alexia’s generous offer of a late check out and her show up for a warm goodbye.

No included breakfast, but coffee and tea selections provided. Location was perfect right within the pedestrian area, but in a quiet street away from the main evening crowds.

Nothing, even the weather cooperated for our October visit. Location was great, walk with luggage from San Giovanni train station was fine, about 20 minutes, lots of stairs near the station, but we were two couples in their seventies and managed fine.

The location was ideal for Como! The apartment is refurnished and very nice, modern bathrooms, new kitchen and very nice!

Amazing location, in the middle of the city with everything very close. Great hostess and the apartment was very convenient for 4 people. Highly recommended 👌

close proximity to transport hub, major attractions, and leisure centres. excellent personal touch from the owner, property is equipped with all the necessary facilities.

no towel hanger in the bathroom.
