The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Big plus for Netflix in one of the bedrooms :)

The location was ok, not really close to restaurants or such. We took a grab to get to places, walking would take a while.

The only thing we like about the property is the location.

1. When we checked in the cleaning was not done yet. One of my friend used the towel ,We was inform way pass the check in time as it was stated . Call us around 6pm to inform us that cleaning was not done . 2. Hygenic purpose - we used the towel *which was never changed* Trash was nor thrown , bedsheets not folded. Note: lately the covid cases have increase & this action has raised concern towards our health 3. The inconveniance cause to us due to we had to come back just for the cleaner , wasted our plans and time. 4. Maintenance not checked as the heater is not working, light flickering, air condition not cold These are actually basic things which as a hostess u should have done (*this are basic things nothing addtional was requested*) 5. We message the owner about compensation on cleaning fee well she ignore it .

1. Facilities no to standard with the money. 2. Parking should be free paid by owner but . I have to pay in n out. 3. Room (kitchen) not clean. 4. Bath room no to standard what i pay. 5. Deposit RM200 collect by owner is not fair bcause i have to pay depisit before collect the key in deposit box not counter and i have to wait after 24hrs check out for refund.
