Nice location, hidden from outside noise, nice paintings

It was very hot, and the fan's helped a bit but an AC would have been better, if the temperature is moderate than everything should be fine

it was a nice location and very modern and comfortable.

we could have done with more bedding for my son who used the downstairs chairs to make a sofa bed.

Excellent location. Easy retrieval of house keys and communication with host. Very quick and responsive. Also provided comprehensive instructions in regards to everything pertaining to the unit as well as how to make the most of your time in como (guide on how to get around and what to do and see). Large space to move around. Bed was OK in regards to being comfortable. Space captures a lot of light during the day. Room has ironing board and iron. Provided some toiletries in bathroom.

Use of the keys!!! Keys were always getting jammed and took forever and a lot of effort to get the front door open,....every single time we left the premise. This was extremely difficult when it was dark out as there was a light when we got to the door but it then went off, no idea how to get it back on, so while your keys are jammed in the door you trying to get your phone to use as a flash light to get in. The space was dusty, and moldy. Windows were open and a few bugs had gotten in. There were issues to the kitchen infrastructure prior to our arrival (the paneling below the sink was broken off and lying on the floor). Also a panel from the dresser in the bedroom loft was missing. The space got cold when it became dark. There are two fans in the space that can be utilized, not important to us during our stay. Shower was a bit grimy. There were little hairs on the toilet seat upon arrival, which grossed me out! 🤢 The bathroom sink was clogged since we got there to the point where the sink was full once the water got hot (so cold water the whole time while using the bathroom sink, yay!) and took a long time to drain, so rather than adding to the issue I used the kitchen sink. There is a washer on site as advertised but it didn't look to be in the best condition and I didn't want to chance using it and something happening and being blamed for any issues. Pointless to advertise having one in my opinion. There was a bathroom mat that looked to be in the nastiest condition. In my opinion, dont think it was ever cleaned. The thing could probably stand up by itself itnwas do fingy and stiff. Very noisy at night, (putside of the town hustle bustle night life). You can very easily hear neighbours. I asked for extra towels in my notes and didn't receive. Lighting at night and early morning can be a bit on the darker side.
