لايوجد شي سيئ ابدا ..ما عادا وجود درج في مقدمة البنايه لمن لديهم اشخاص كبار سن او معاقين يصعب عليهم الدخول والخروج

Location

Service is awful. We came to Como by train with luggage and apartments administration said that we should come to office to get keys. Office is on the other side of Como town and very far from apartments address. I asked apartments administration to give me keys on RW station or in apartments, they said ok, but nobody come and nobody picked up the phone when I called. In the result I had to search their office while my wife waited me with luggage under the burning sun. Guys in office said nothing, like “we are sorry”. First time I see such carelessness when guest should search office and to get key. I will never use this apartments 100%.

Noise level, problem with A/C, checking in was not convenient, TV didn’t work, bathroom was broken

The location is perfect

The location is great. Right behind the main square and close to ferry station. I always stay around the same area. Bright and airy .

There was no awning at front door to protect you against rain. the elevator was about 15 steps up which was hard to carry suitcases . Later we find out that the side door next to the stairs leads to service area on street level which is not disclosed on their description. The Building was not upgraded, and the elevator got stocked few time which was not practical to go up and down 4 floors. The apartment was ok with ikea furniture the created a shelf to put your luggage on and unfortunately was not screwed to brackets underneath and fell on my foot the moment I tried to put my carryon over it, and caused pain the rest of my trip. When I report it, they did not bother to come and fix the issue nor reimburse me for medication patch I purchased to ease the pain. There was some issue with vanity sink as the water keep dripping on the floor from the side. Toiletries was limited to just liquid soap. We ate out so didn’t use the kitchenette at all except once using coffee machine.

Location and cleanliness

The apartment was in an excellent location, not far from the lake and very near shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed as the apartment was well equipped for self catering. The bed was very comfortable and the décor was modern. It was a great base to explore the town.

Some parts were a little tired, the bathroom was lovely but the side of one of the cabinets was peeling. It was quite noisy into the early hours, but this is to be expected being in the centre of the town and near a bar/ restaurant
