The apartment ist perfectly located in the center of Como. It is super quiet, everything was spotless, the bed was very comfy and the kitchen had the basics to cook a simple meal. The check in was easy, the communication was also very easy and fast. Lots of restaurands and cafes in the area, the train station is just 10 minutes away and most sightseeing attractions are reachable in around 5 minutes. We definitely recommend this place!

Kjempeflott rustikk leilighet i gammelt bygg. Hyggelig og vennlig velkomst, en flaske prosecco, kaffemaskin og vannkoker med kaffe/te og frokost "kjeks" sto klar til oss da vi kom, hyggelig overraskelse. Veldig sentral plassering, midt i smørøyet!

Bad/toalett hadde ikke ordentlig dør, men to lemmer som lot seg lukke. Man kunne høre alt som foregikk fra resten av leiligheten. Veldig lydt i huset, man kunne høre naboene på begge sider veldig godt.

Perfect location. Easy to find. Close to centre of Como. Host was excellent.

Stairs to loft bedroom is steep and narrow. Limited storage. Uncomfortable mattress.

It has a great location in Como. Giacomo & the owners were very helpful and responded to my WhatsApp questions throughout our stay. The bathroom facilities were great, very modern and the air con was in the bedroom which we had on most of the time (peak summer).

Centrally located, yet very quiet, well appointed and maintained self contained apartment. Very friendly, patient and accommodating greetings on my two stays. Felt like home in Como! Comfortable bed on a mezzanine level, up a steep narrow staircase but all the other positives more than compensated.
