Perfect location, very clean and quiet place to stay. A real home away from home. The kitchen is perfect for cooking your own meals, and terrace garden just amazing. Absolutely would book again!

Appartement très grand et confortable, à 2 pas du lac de Côme. Maison de famille qui semble chargée d’histoire et de livres! Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour pour visiter le lac de Côme et Milan (à 1 petite heure de route). Parking privé. Parfait!

Pas de climatisation et il faisait chaud!

Die Lage ist wunderbar! Im Zentrum, aber gut versteckt. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht. Ein Parkplatz vom Haus. Die Gastgeberin ist ganz nett.

Beautiful home style apartment.. everything you could want in a central location. Outside terrace, formal and casual dining areas. A delight.

26 stairs to carry luggage up to the apartment but nice and wide.

Wat een mooi typisch Italiaans huis! Alles was aanwezig, ruime kamers, twee badkamers en een fantastisch terras in het centrum van Como. Een pracht aan boeken en dingen om te ontdekken. Erg vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Helemaal niets!

absolutely great location, close to the train station and the center. fully equipped apartment. there was everything you need in the household. you can cook comfortably. we also used the large terrace. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets were great. everything was clean. I can only recommend it.

The apartment is a great size, bigger than it looks from the pictures, though I expected this from others reviews and very well equipped, though we didn't see a washing machine but we didn't need it. There were plenty of little extras in the kitchen like tea, coffee, pod machine & pods, mosquito plugs, guide books in the lounge/dining room, fans in every room. We arrived during an exceptional heatwave in Europe, so the fans were essential. The twin room was a good size, beds not too close together, which was good for 2 adult friends sharing. It was totally value for money and would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a double and twin room, well located in Como, short walk to lakeside and Como Lago station. Free parking space as well.

Slightly clearer directions for getting there would be great. The maps link on booking.com didn't quite get us there. It's actually up a driveable alleyway off Via Giuseppe Brambilla by number 9. So when the sat nav gets you to your destination, you have to turn right up the alleyway, between the yellow houses and then the parking space for the villa is about 50 metres up the alleyway on the left.
