This exceptional property, a hidden gem in the area, offers unparalleled convenience with parking directly adjacent and immediate access to the crystal-clear water. The apartment's balcony provides breathtaking sea views, creating a relaxing atmosphere perfect for enjoying morning coffee as the sun rises. The owner is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and responsive to any inquiries.

We liked everything. The host was very friendly and helpful. We got to try the property’s honey and olives products and they were very good quality. The room was new and clean, nicely decorated and very well-thought of for guests, we got everything we needed. Right from the room we get the sea view, and the atmosphere around was very peaceful and beautiful. Overall this exceeded the expectation. We would definitely go back to stay here again if we want to visit Itea/ Delphi. :)

Parking right outside. The apartment was perfect designer chic maximum use of small space every facility you could need. Sea facing deck was fabulous huge area with perfect views sea breeze. Swimming outside. 20 minutes to Delfoi. Supermarket close by. Hosts amazing.

Description and pictures do not do it justice. I wish we could have spent more than a night here. Our host was excellent, and we were able to walk to dinner. Clear, beautiful blue water right outside our door. Could not have asked for anythung more.
