2 steps into bathroom very dangerous as I forget they were there in the middle of the night fell down them in the dark

I liked the room having a kitchen and bathroom but it wasn’t very clean there was hairs in the sink and dirt on the cutlery, muck in the cupboards

I didn’t like the staff trying the door at exactly 11am when it’s stated we could leave from 11-12, the cleanliness was poor and for the price it should of been immaculate, the pull out bed for my daughter didn’t have a proper mattress so she couldn’t sleep on it as a bed

I liked that the host was available to show me to my room and easily hand over keys

The water was shut off for a short while, but nothing that really impacted my stay overall!

How welcoming the staff was and how friendly and no problem was to big or small and close to all the shops and beach

Need bit more cupboard space in kitchen and the window being damaged and bit noisy in corridors

A clean, comfortable, high standard property, right in the center.
