Spotless, heating was just nice. Comfy bed

Vanity unit was to close to the toilet, had to sit to the side. Small towel for showering raely needs to be a bath towel. A bit picky as everything else was excellent.

Can't speak highly enough of this property pretty much all you could want. Lovely shower, superb kitchen area with all the utensils you might need if you wish to cook, the most conformable queen sized mattress iv ever slept on and immaculately clean every where. Ample on road parking right outside the prioerty lovely private toilet/shower aswell as living room area with a TV and lovely hosts... I would most defiantly stay there again.. Exceptional value for the money in my opinion..

Well, what can I say? I was given the details for a self-checkin and the numbers for a keypad, while the numbers worked and the keypad unlocked the door was locked.and wouldn’t open. I had 2 contact numbers which I tried and one of them eventually phoned after 20 minutes when we were heading back to the train station. He said that the door was unlocked but I had already sent him a video via watsapp to show him it didn’t. He said did I try ringing the bell on the other property I said no as this wasn’t on the instructions. He said if we did we would get into the property, so we returned tried the other property and there was no answer. We called him back and he then insisted the original property would and as unlocked, but this was plainly a lie! The caller was very surely and unprofessional and accused me of being abusive which was another lie! We then walked back to the station to return home missing a friend’s 50th birthday as a result and having wasted a whole day! While booking.com have refund me the stay I haven't been compensated for an entire day wasted or refunded train fares! All in all a horrible experience!
