The apartment was very dirty. Dirty walls, switches on the walls, the TV remote control is scary to touch. The dishes in the kitchen are dirty and old. The spare bed linen is dirty (I'm attaching a photo). The apartment smells of cigarettes! The TV is old. The refrigerator is dirty.

The check in process was easy - self check in. Free parking.

I am unsure how this place has so many 10 ratings on booking.com, bringing the average to 8.4 at time I booked. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. The bed is very hard, this alone I could deal with in isolation, however in addition the linen had a very strong musty/dusty smell - like it has not been washed well/or at all and then was sprayed with a very strong smelling perfume/airfreshener to mask the uncleanliness. The smell was so overpowering I had to sleep with jacket as blanket and without the pillow. There was also no duvet inner. We checked out after one night (originally booked for 3 nights) and found alternative accommodation as the bedding situation made it impossible to have a comfortable stay. There are cleaner options in the same area with comparable pricing.
