Lokalizacja jak i wielkość apartamentu super. Temu drugi raz wynajmowaliśmy obiekt i to na półtora tygodnia. Apartament wyposażony w wszystko co trzeba.

Czystości niestety nie mogę pochwalić, co prawda byliśmy na samym końcu sezonu więc rozumiem że dużo osób się przewinęło ale jako że przyjechaliśmy wcześniej to zauważyliśmy że panie od sprzątania przyjechały o 13:30 i o 15:00 skończyły a jest to ogromny apartament więc poza podstawami nie widzę możliwości żeby to dobrze posprzątać. Odpływ od prysznica był zapchany ale poradziłem z tym sobie.

- Only 3 coffee pods for 2 adults for 3 days, additionally the LL misinformed us on the brand prior to check in therefore we purchased the incorrect brand/size etc… they should know what is on their units! - when booking through “Booking.com” their policy states price includes EVERYTHING with no additional charges. Upon arrival the LL communicated a “city tax” per person totaling about $12 USD equivalent in HUF ; Booking.com responded NEVER to my request for clarification while “guaranteeing reply within 24 hours”; because this was in Hungary and we also have a Hungarian address we provided previously we felt forced to pay this additional fee even though Booking.com never replied (to this day) & their policy clearly states “all fees/charges/taxes are included in the final price before payment online. - The bathroom while nice and clean needed a larger shower area. It was less than a meter squared or under 3 feet^2 & needed at least another foot or 30 cm to avoid the curtain attaching to your body and water flooding the floor as it was built into the floor with a drain and no elevation change (all part of the bathroom floor).

We stayed at the Family apartment. It is very nicely arranged and comfortable. The communication with the staff was exceptional, very helpful and responsive.
