EXCEPTIONAL PROPERTY - I have stayed here numerous times with colleagues and it's one of our favourite apartments to stay in Kyiv. The owner is so friendly, helpful, and professional and will do anything she can to make your stay the best it can be. The apartment is spotless and for a small apartment it's extremely comfortable, and warm, The wi-fi works, all the equipment works perfectly and the bathroom has hot water which is difficult at times in Kyiv but never an issue in this apartment. There are not enough stars to give this property, the location is great only minutes from everything anybody could need, very safe, no issues with other tenants or neighbours as all respectful and quiet. Balcony is perfect. Overall it's one of the best value-for-money apartments in Kyiv and the one that I will continue to return to when I'm staying in Kyiv as will those who have stayed there with me. If you want a clean, comfortable, apartment which is in a good location and all you need while in Kyiv then GREEN ROSE is the place to stay.
