Квартира потребує догляду! Багато чого вже своє відробило! Кондиціонер, витяжка на кухні не працюють. Душова потребує ремонту! Посуд, кухня потребують чистоти!

Привітна власниця, розташування близько вокзалу, мінімальний набір необхідних речей присутній у квартирі. Зручне заселення та виселення.

Було брудно, не було одноразового взуття, праска майже не прасувала.
