Central location, parking nearby (free if you leave a car from evening to morning), good communication with owners. Fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom.

It was a bit cold on the second floor at night, even with air conditioning (25 degrees) on.

everything - worked really well for friends wanting separate beds as 2 comfortable double beds, fully made up and ready for us. Nice smart little flat. coffee and toiletries provided!
