Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter! Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen! 😀 Moderne FeWo mit allem ,was man braucht. Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber! Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden !

Im Außenbereich ist noch etwas Luft nach oben ! Einrichtung einer kleinen Grill-Ecke wäre schön.

"Super, zeker een aanrader."

Alles zag er keurig netjes uit. Bedden waren opgemaakt. Er lagen voldoende handdoeken voor ons gezin. Als we tekort kwamen dan konden we dit laten weten. Het was ook koel binnen. Buiten was het namelijk circa 27 graden. Appartement ligt in een rustig dorpje, maar wel dichtbij Cochem, (circa 10 min rijden). Dit was voor ons fijn met de kinderen. Om de hoek van de accomodatie was ook een speeltuintje aanwezig. Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Als ik dan toch iets moet zeggen, er was een geen buitenverlichting.

Large ground floor apartment. Quiet neighborhood. Close enough to tourist destinations without having to stay in a crowded area. Beautiful scenery in the area. The owner lives upstairs and was available if needed. I had a problem with my phone and he was able to fix it for me. I really appreciated that. The patio you see in the picture is not part of then rental but there is an outdoor space just outside the door to the rental.

"Week to catch up with parents"

Great apartment to comfortably sleep 2 couples or family of 4. Bright and clean with nice heating, kitchen with all facilities and cutlery, very good sized bathroom. Despite being in the lower part of the house, there was no smell of humidity or any mould (which considering very rainy weeks was a possibility :)) Bedsheets were clean and nice. Good sized wardrobe for the clothes. Good location to get around by car or bike or do a hike. Also several buses can take you to very cute nearby villages (incl. Ulmen) or bigger town of Cochem. There is an off street parking, little bakery and a small nicely maintained playground nearby.

I can’t really think of anything. If to be extremely picky, it will be good to have couple of big bath towels.
