Wonderful View in Faro City Center

The property is just perfect. Good location and, Philip is very kind and helpful. We will stay there again for sure.

Velice krásný, prostorný, slunný byt s balkonem. Byt byl v 10. patře s výtahem. Byt byl v dobré vzdálenosti od centra a obchodů. Parkování bylo možné v blízkosti bytu, ne však před bytem. Byt byl dobře vybaven, pro pračku a myčku byly připraveny tablety. Kuchyň byla dobře vybavená. Obývací pokoj prostorný s kulatým stolem a 4x židle. Byla tam rozkládací sedačka a křeslo k posezení. Z balkonu krásný výhled a možnost pozorovat přistávající letadla. Bylo zde plno úložného prostoru.

Nedá se říct nelíbilo, jen touto cestou chceme upozornit na malé nedostatky, pro někoho by to bylo dobré vědět. Chyběl fén, člověk si zvyknul, že jsou fény všude, tak nám trochu chyběl. Francouzské deky s povlečením, to není nic pro nás. To byl takový hlavní nedostatek, ale vyřešili jsme to. Byt je na ulici s provozem aut, tak to může také někoho hodně rušit. Letadla také byla hodně slyšet, ale dalo se to, v noci asi byl trochu slabší provoz. Pokud tyto drobnosti nikomu nevadí, tak vřele doporučujeme, pobyt jsme si užili.

A lovely cosy apartment on the 10th floor. The view is stunning looking over the rooftops and out across the Ria! We thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast and evening drinks on the balcony and the view changing according to the state of the tide. Comfortable seating and a dining room table in the lounge. The kitchen had everything you need. Both bedrooms were a good size with plenty of storage. The bathroom was a little tired but perfectly adequate and very clean. Two lifts which was reassuring in case of breakdown! The area felt safe and the apartment was very quiet. A supermarket was just around the corner, a few minutes walk away. About a 10/15 minute walk to the centre. Philip was very friendly, helpful and welcoming and, as the previous people left early, allowed us to check in earlier after a early flight. I thoroughly recommend it and would stay again.

It's a bit out of the centre, on a busy road and the walk back is up a slight hill. (We couldn't hear the noise of the road). As others have mentioned in reviews, there is a knack to the key. Philip was very patient though, and it was easy once you got the knack!

O apartamento é espaçoso e confortável, muito limpo e organizado e o anfitrião foi muito simpático ao nos receber e dar as instruções básicas sobre o espaço. A localização foi perfeita para nós, central e perto de todos os serviços, mas também silenciosa e tranquila, já que fica ligeiramente fora da área mais turística. Mas o melhor de tudo foi mesmo a vista: foi maravilhoso tomar pequeno almoço na varanda com a Ria Formosa toda a nossa frente! Recomendo fortemente!

Чудове місце розташування ,фантастичний вид з балкону привітний господар.Всі зручності навіть кава і чай .Рекомендую усім хто хоче подивитись місто.

Як що зупинитись на тривалий час бракує змінної білизни.

The view is wonderful.

Mold in air conditioner. Cold and wet in apartment. Some furniture are old and must be replaced. The bed not comfortable. Whole apartment smell cigarette.

It's a really lovely apartment in a great location - just a short walk from the centre of Faro and railway and bus stations plus boats to beaches and islands. The kitchen and bathroom are fine, the lounge is large and very comfortable and both bedrooms are a good size with lots of clothes storage space.

We thought the beds were poor - uncomfortable when used as doubles by two adults. We were three people, so used the sofa bed, meaning we could use the doubles as singles which worked okay for us. Thankfully, we're told that the plan is to replace the beds. The apartment will be perfect when that is done.
