Good Location

Great location, clean and spacious

The space was great for our group. The secure parking was wonderful as it is not easy to park in this area.

Nicely furnished.

No toiletries were provided, had to phone and ask them to bring shower gel and shampoo. Nepresso machine provided but no pods. No tea towels, just a lack of basic items which are usually provided in apartments. Beds/pillows okay but not great.

The apartment is big and very modern. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is very good. There is a wonderful market 30 seconds from the apartment. Check-in was very flexible, we were allowed to enter two hours early. The apartment is exactly the same as the photos.

We had a little problem finding the garage to park the car, I believe this could be better explained in advance, as it is not very intuitive, but the host was very attentive and helped us through the process. We only stayed one night, so I can't review much. I just missed having at least a bottle of water in the fridge and/or some coffee capsules, for the daily price, I believe it would have been fair to have at least water and/or coffee. We also had a problem with the check-out. The button to open the garage door in the wall didn't work. So we had to use the control that was with the apartment key, so to check-out I opened the gate with the key control, my husband took the car out, then I unlocked the stair door and my sister held door so we could leave through the ground floor, because you need a key to open the stair door, then I went back to the car space in the garage put the key in the safe. As our check-out was at 4:00 am we were unable to ask for help, but it only worked because we were in a group, otherwise I don't know how I would have managed to hand over the key and get out of the apartment. But this was not a problem with the host, but rather with the building. However, I think it's interesting that they think of some kind of easier solution for when this happens.
