Kiev Centre KPI Apartments

Все понравилось. Это лучшее место, которое мне доводилось арендовать в Киеве. Чисто, красиво, удобно, практично. Шикарная локация, с доступом ко всему от транспорта, до магазинов. Хорошо продуманная и оборудованная квартира. Крайне внимательные и обходительные владельцы. Все четко, все в срок, все понятно и по доступной цене. Жаль, что пришлось уехать. Рекомендую всем и каждому!

Excellent location! Very good entrance security system that is very important! I was expecting elevator would be shut down due to what US calls, several years ago due to wildfire, *rolling blackout to meet high demand, luckily, I have not experienced such problem.

The reason I gave 9 (still means A), is because 24/7 machine running noise, especially when I am in the kitchen. I want to take this opportunity to tell you about please be empathic about tenants' rent rate, especially in my side of building who are experiencing all the bother some machine running noise, that you cannot to much about unless the company put some device(s) to reduce 24/7 the machine running noise. You know I have nothing to gain for saying this, but my side tenants deserve reasonable rent rate. We alI know we live & die with the money we have created to operate economy; sometimes *sensible minded people can draw lines just how far to go obtain profit. Using my name & this message to the across company with red banner, I cannot tell what it is, and tell them they need to consider put some kind of *noise reduction devices. It is cost involving and I wonder the company would listen your property's tenants' reasonable request to maintain tenants'' quality life when they return home or sleeping hours, etc. Internet is about 8.5 because occasionally kept interrupting. not talking about internet black out due to rain damages. As I told the very friendly apt. guy that once *sneaky sizeable black colored bug creeping out when kitchen light is off. That is why I had to remove backing pan sprayed try 2-eliminate; did not do job, showed up again, this time below heater pipe right below window or near refrigerator. 4) lastly, I think it would be very helpful make small list to tell about future visitors that there is limitation for hot water us like after around 15-minutes, there will be no hot water because I see each unit has hot water tank next 2-kitchen sink. no hot water, so I had to call the lady. Good 2-know we can dump trash outside, no one tell me about! No need 2 use gas stove! best 2-have microwave oven! left good bowls 4 microwave cooking, knife, larger cutting board, cup, 4-future visitors use.

The apartment was fine, looked like on pictures, but there are traces of use. Location is perfect, metro is in 1 minute walking.
