The staff are very friendly and helpful. The buidling has two elevators. I liked that we used a keypad and code to enter instead of having a key. The wifi is good and works at high speeds. The shower has good pressure and gets pretty hot. Everything you need to cook a meal or make a snack is available in the kitchen. There are many little stores near you in walking distance. A large grocery store is about a 10 to 15 minute walk if you feel like it.

There is old food in between the stove and the counter. I saw little ants or roaches on the counter between the refrigerator and the counter and the counter and the stove. In July, it can be cold, and there is no heat. I used both the extra blankets. There is construction going on next to the main bedroom, and it's super noisy from 9am to 3pm. The person that lives directly above is very noisy in the morning. You can hear their footsteps, smell their food, and hear when they take a shower.
