Location was good. Check in was easy. EVcharger useful

The sitting area was extremely small and uncomfortable. The Sofa was a wooden backed day bed which was very uncomfortable with a small tv placed high on the wall so you had to crane your neck to watch it. The bathroom smelt mouldy with a mouldy shower curtain. The pillows on the bed were lumpy and needed replacing. There was no wardrobe or chest of drawers to place clothes. The dining table was in the bedroom so you had to eat sat beside the bed.

The views are absolutely stunning, and the host was very kind and helpful when I locked my keys in the accommodation, even though it was after 10pm. It is a short walk to town, and very close to the station. The beds were comfy, bedding clean, towels provided and we were warm enough. Despite the weather we had a pleasant enough stay, convenient to be near the station so we could do day trips. Wifi was great.

The property didn't feel homely - Many of the features were quite harsh for example - really bright light and very loud fan in the bathroom, mould specs on the wall (bathroom is very small). We could hear the neighbours walking around above. Also it was a bit small for 3 of us (me and two teens), which wasn't clear when I booked - The living room doubled up as the second bedroom, which I felt wasn't clear in the description either - the sofa was a day bed for the 3rd one of us. The telly didn't come with a tv guide, and didn't have netlix/prime so difficult to find something to watch on a rainy evening. The kitchen sink was in an awkward corner, hard to reach and the cutlery was disorganised in a rack in the cupboard - I couldn't find teaspoons. Nothing terrible, but I'd expected a bit more as I paid more than half my regular months rent for a 3 night stay. The road up to the property is extremely narrow - not suitable for vans or bigger vehicles, and walking up from town is pretty steep (although not a problem for us - we enjoyed the walk). The USB charging ports were very slow - presumably old. The garden mentioned in the description was a slightly neglected looking decking area, but perhaps it was that the weather was poor that it made it feel this way. All in all, although pleasant enough, Bosons Bunks just felt like it was lacking some love and care.

Loved the terrace and view over river

Fabulous location within a few mins walking distance to Looe. Very steep hill to climb on the way back but wasn’t an issue for us. Great that we could take our small dog with us and private parking an added bonus. Very small but had everything you needed for a few days stay
