The location is excellent, first floor, and street view, but the street is usually quiet. The owner was very responsive and ready to help with everything he can do.

If you are going with pets - despite it says "pets friendly", it's OK for dogs, but not for cats, just to consider. Cleanliness is fine, but with some not significant issues. It was already cold at night, and not the comfortable temperature at day, heating is available and very good regulated with sensors, but it was charged additionally (minor amount), because we asked to turn on heating before October (since October it's included). Not a big deal. The electric oven is of induction type - so it works not with all types of utensils, so you can't make morning coffee, even if you have a geyser coffee maker or cezve (but so many coffee places around, because it's in the historical center).
