Everything was perfect. Very friendly and nice owner. The apartment was clean. It's on the first floor and has a balcony door to the yard, which is very quiet. Bad was comfortable, no problem with the internet or hot water. The location is between the main train station and the city center, which is perfect if you are not planing to use transport.

Everything was great from detailed instructions how to check in and check out. The Apartment has a modern design and fully furnished; appliances required for short or long-term stay. Apartment is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Nice bathroom with all amenities from toiletries to hairdryer and slippers. Great location: next door there is a specialty produce store, coffee shop with pastries and coffee, "Your Burger" fast food, mini-market Blyzenko and barbershop. Train/bus station nearby that can take you anywhere in the city. Communication with the management is easy and fast response to any inquiries. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. This will be my go-to place the next time I'm in town!

Appartment is located close to city center and train station. It was perfect for us. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Contactless check-in and check-out was very convenient. Wi-fi worked well. We also benefited from washing machine and dishwasher, there were also few detergent capsules available.

You could feel some light smell of dampness. It wasn’t very annoying, maybe apartment wasn’t used for some time. Also mobile connection wasn’t very good because of thick walls, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

It was a well-equipped apartment in a nice neighbourhood. There are some groceries and coffee shop in short walking distance. It is on the mid way between the main railway station and the town. Both ways it's about 1.5-2km walking distance, you can choose to walk through Ivan Franko park on your way to the old town. Apartment was clean and had an inner yard view, so the tram on the street wasn't heard there. Apartment has a little kitchenette with all you might need during a short stay. We got towels changed in the mid of our 10 nights stay. We had good warm blankets, comfortable bed and pillows, and pleasing clean bedding there. We had smooth and friendly communication with the owner/manager via a messenger, the cleaning lady we met also was nice and friendly.

Some notices that didn't had much impact, but would be nice to consider when you are going to book: I would say it was tight fit for a family of 2 with a little child, I would pick something bigger if going for longer or with more people. It was slightly dark on autumn mornings as it is located on the ground floor. Walking to a city center takes about 20 min, so you need to consider that you will spend about 40 min a day for a walk, if you do not plan to use a transport (there is a tram to the city center passing by, I guess the stop is somewhere nearby). Also because of the ground floor is was quite humid (although no mold), you should constantly ventilate the room to keep a comfy level. About 3-4 nights before our check-out some neighbours checked-in, I don't know if they were so loud or the walls were so thin, but it was almost possible to distinguish the words they are saying (I guess you could if you want). That was a bit annoying.
