Спілкування з персоналом, швидке реагування на запит, зручне розташування, поряд з центром, високі стелі у будинку. Простора кухня.

Дуже грязні стіни у кухні, ковдри з жахливими плямами, плями на стільцях, чорні від бруду гардини. У квартирі не дуже приємний запах, особливо у ванній. Після тижневого перебування весь одяг тепер має неприємний запах, навіть той, що там був випран. Двері у душовій кабіні ледве їздять, постійно застрягають. У ванній кімнаті чорна пліснява.
