"Просте і скромне, але зручне помешкання з усім необхідним та чудовими господарями."

Помешкання скромне, просте, але у ньому було все необхідне, ні в чому не було додаткової потреби. Господарі дуже чуйні, легкі у спілкуванні. Хоча помешкання не у центрі, але локація дуже зручна. Відстань від центру - навіть перевага.

У другій кімнаті умеблювання незручне, що робить її дещо зайвою - там лише диван. Її можна було б облаштувати письмовим столом чи зоною для відпочинку тощо.

Чисто, чудова кухня, є все для приготування їжі, зручно з дітьми. Хороша звукоізоляція. Поруч парк, ринок, трамвай.хороша комунікація
