Das absolute Plus ist die Dachterrasse und die ruhige Lage der Wohnung, obwohl auf Gehabstand vom Zentrum und dem Fluss. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit.

Einige kleine, aber notwendige Reparaturen würden der Qualität der Wohnung recht tun. Zum Beispiel die Rollos.

Locația aproape de centru, 5-10 min de mers pe jos și cam tot atât timp până la parcul de pe faleză, unde îți poți plimba liniștit animalul de companie. Curățenie, multiple facilități. Terasă mare + o terasă mai mică, amenajată ca un foișor.

Loc de parcare se găsește destul de greu pe stradă (am dat 2 ture de bloc până am găsit)
