BNBeautiful place to stay, 100% comfort, a safe and very secured place with very attentive and strict guards, amazing view of the sea, very clean swimming pool with very on point swimming pool guard. I would definitely come back to stay for leisure.
Not much just probably, 1. Im not able to lock the sliding door in my room that's facing the sea because the lock was literally not there and also the door to the balcony that leads to my room also the locks not working. 2. The bath towels were very small.. for an exclusive place perhaps should have good size of towels. 3. No microwave 4. Oh and there's no bathroom in the master bedroom and yeah I'm disappointed by this.

Terrible Experience - Not Worth the Money I stayed at Bay Resort Condominium for 3 nights with my family, and it was a nightmare, especially with a 6-month-old baby. The place was dirty, poorly maintained, and not worth the cost (around RM 958). False Advertising (BBQ Facilities) - The listing falsely advertised BBQ facilities, but they have been unavailable since COVID. This was misleading and disappointing. Foul Smelling Drinking Water - The Cuckoo water filter dispenser produced foul-smelling water even after servicing, raising serious health concerns. Faulty Air Conditioner - The master bedroom's air conditioner was broken and filthy, leaving the room unusable. The host didn’t follow up or offer compensation. Dirty and Moldy Toilets - The toilets were disgusting—stained, smelly, and moldy with broken fittings. No ventilation made it worse, creating an unhygienic and uncomfortable environment. Poor Maintenance Overall - The whole condo felt old and neglected, with stained furniture that needed deep cleaning or replacement. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially for families.
