MYMYLocation was pretty good. Close to places I need to go.
I've stayed here 2 years ago with my family. Nothing has changed ever since. Externally it looks good but when you actually stay there. Not so much. Mattress for both rooms are not comfortable at all. Mattress kind of collapsed a little bit that one of us have to sleep at the sofa. Sofa seats have also collapsed which the cushion is bad. You can also noticed brown stains on the sofa. So I have to buy bedsheets to cover it before my family member can actually sleep on the sofa. They said cleaning was provided which they charged. Rooms floor are dusty overall. I even found used contact lens on the floor, so highly doubt they actually cleaned it. We have to clean the washing machine before we use it. 4 days into my stay, my back hurts soo bad. Overall the unit is not well maintained. Pretty rundown in my opinion.

ITAppartamento molto spazioso con due bagni. Ci si può soggiornare comodamente in sei persone. La struttura è molto nuova anche se l’arredamento è molto spoglio.
La posizione non è per niente comoda dal centro di Miri, è necessario disporre di un veicolo proprio per raggiungerla.

There is leaking at kitchen area when it rain. To press the outside lift lobby button was very hard.
