Le stationnement dans la rue surtout avec un véhicule de location est compliqué mais possible de stationner un peu plus loin gratuitement

Location - 10-15 minutes' walk to Faro centre. Place to leave luggage just around the corner as we arrived earlier than the quite late check in time, and our flight was late on departure day. Comfortable beds and large bedrooms. Amazing showers x 3 Bedrooms nicely furnished

Having to pay a 300 euro deposit before arrival. We have never had to do this before in all the years we have booked through Booking.com. It took quite a while for it to be refunded. There were so many instructions on the walls of what we were not allowed to do. It was not at all welcoming! Unpleasant hearing so much noise from upstairs - even people in their bathrooms. The outside table/space was on a squashed terrace outside the apartment's entrance and it wasn't at all private as overlooked by neighbouring flats. There was a tiny table in the kitchen that only seated 2, so no communal space inside for 5 of us to sit in. Dusty bedside lamp which was wonky. It was really difficult to unlock the door onto the outside space. The neighbour had to help us.

Location was ok.

Host that gives you a feeling just to leave the money with them and better don’t show up. Too many rules which gives them the right to keep the deposit. In addition very dirty all around, even the bed where you should sleep. At the end almost everywhere we looked apartment needed cleaning.

El apartamento está muy bien decorado, cómodo, impecable de limpio, y con muy buen equipamiento de menaje de cocina. La ubicación es excelente. El desayuno incluido es muy completo, no le añadiría nada mas al desayuno. La atención de la anfitriona es maravillosa, muy educada e incluso nos brindó la oportunidad de hacer el check in antes de la hora prevista. Camas muy cómodas y muy bonita decoración.

Para mi no fue un limitante, pero considero que los próximos huéspedes deben saber que no hay ascensor (aunque para el apartamento donde estuve con mis hijos sólo hubo que subir un piso). Y lo del parking en la calle me confundió un poco, porque se puede aparcar en la calle bajo pago, pero para los que no somos de Portugal no sabemos cómo se hace el pago ahí (si hay una app para eso, ya que no vi ningúna taquilla de pago en la calle). De resto, todo lo demás muy bien.

Es gibt keinen gemeinschaftlichen Raum (Wohnzimmer) und nicht wirklich genug Platz in der kleinen Küche, um abends gemütlich zusammen zu sitzen. Dafür gibt es eine Sitzgarnitur außerhalb der Wohnung, was im Sommer bestimmt toll ist. Außerhalb der warmen Saison würde man gerne innen eine solche Möglichkeit haben. Wir haben uns etwas mit den Balkontischen gebastelt und es war ok.

Great location, we could walk anywhere even as elderly people, supermarket and newsagents very close by. Bowls of fresh fruit and items left for breakfast in the fridge was very much appreciated, so we could make a snack and have a hot beverage on arrival. Apartment was very very well equipped.

Could do with a deep clean, but bear in mind I’m a fanatic regarding cleanliness. The comfort and facilities well made up for it.
