Die Lage zum Europapark . Der Balkon . Die Wohnung war geräumig.

Auf dem 1. Blick war die Wohnung Top. Auf dem 2.Blick war es teilweise echt schmutzig . Die Gläser dreckig , die Klobrille defekt, Schimmel im Bad , die Dunstabzugshaube verdreckt, Ein Bett viel zu hart um am knatschen usw. usw. . Schade die Wohnung hat gutes Potenzial. Man könnte mit vielleicht 1000 Euro eine super FW raus machen. Leider wird die Wohnung nur sehr sehr oberflächlich gereinigt ...

"Great location, and comfortable rooms."

Apartment was well situated near both Europa Park (easy 10 min walk) and Rulantica (a less easy 20 minute walk). Nice shared garden including loungers. Good air con as well.

Had to contact the owner to get the lockbox code.
