Просто супер удобное расположение.Хозяин очень отзывчивый и любезный человек,мы приехали раньше ,встретил ,разместил,решил вопрос с парковкой.В номере есть все необходимое для краткосрочного пребывания ,мы были проездом одну ночь .

Super smeštaj, ima sve potrebno za odmor. Blizina tvrđave i centra je po meni glavna prednost. Parkinga ima u okolini, lako smo našli. Domaćin ljubazan i sve nam je objasnio. Svaka preporuka!

You won't get a better location for the price. It is great especially for a first time visitor to Nis. Everything is close but the location itself is calm.

Самое главное преимущество - это расположение. 15 минут пешком от автовокзала, 10 минут до крепости, 5 минут до пешеходной улицы, 2 минуты до набережной. Тихая улица. Чистое постельное и полотенца. Фото соответствуют действительности. В остальном все по минимуму, но есть все необходимое. Электроплита видимо со времен Югославии. (как и мебель) Для молодых это прямо антиквариат 😊 Отдельное спасибо хозяину Игорю за рекомендацию кафаны Biser. Сербская кухня и атмосфера (много местных, а это значит вкусно)

Соотношение цена/качество конечно соответствует, но все же квартире не хватает ремонта: подтекает душевая кабина, дверь в комнату не в рабочем состоянии.
