The location is excellent — right at the beginning of the pedestrian street. There are grocery stores, fruit stands, cafés, and bakeries nearby. It can be a bit noisy with the windows open, but it’s quiet with them closed thanks to good sound insulation. Very clean.

The place was very well cleaned and tidy, but there was a strong smell coming from the bathroom drain. There is an air freshener in the apartment, but as we all know, it can only mask unpleasant odors, not eliminate them.
