The appartment we had was incredibly nice. Highly recommended.

Well thought and well designed loft. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Good location.

Humidity problem causing odor and molds. Pool not clean.

Location in central Noto is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from all the sights. Lots of restaurants nearby. Regardless of several inaccuracies described below , we did enjoy our stay.

The listing has several inaccuracies. The parking is described as "Free parking onsite": 'onsite' means next to the building. The parking offered was 200m+ away, in a back alley and would only fit a small car like a Fiat500. We had to park on the street, and pay for it. Finding a parking slot was not easy - and this was in November! We stayed in the 2-bed apartment. The 2nd bedroom only has an internal window to the living room. It is accessible via steps with no handrail, so would not suit anyone with mobility issues. There is no bath in either of the bathrooms, only showers. The 'patio' is not private, and does not have any eating area.

A modern, spacious and clean property in a great location. Amazing location for exploring Noto on foot. Plenty of bathroom and kitchen amenities provided. Great communication and information provided by Sofia.

Not much to not like. the treadmill wasn't operating when we stayed, but given how much walking g we did, it didn't bother us.

A very tasteful stay with 2 ensuite bathrooms and all comforts. Close to everything.

Great location for a stay in Noto. Well decorated apartment which was very comfortable. Good communication from the host.

There is street parking nearby but it can be very busy at times.

Location was great. It’s a luxury apartment. Very spacious, bigger in person than in photos. Lots of room for a big group.

The value for what you’re paying isn’t great. I would expect more towels, toiletries, toilet paper and water in the apartment for the premium price paid. Also check out time is 10AM which is absurd.
