Panoramic Harbour View Apartment

Great location. Huge apartment. Felt like staying in a home. Good communication with host. Really clean.

The location is amazing, coulbn't be better! The apartment was very clean and spacious.

One bed was less firm then I would have liked.

The location was good.right in town.

Could get in the door with the code as the lock box was stuck. Rang the owner who couldnt have given a toss. Finally got into it using brute force with 2 men and the key was not even in there! Found key in the upper box, really unhelpful when standing in the rain! The place is old, run down and needs a makeover. Windows need cleaning and the shower almost overflows as it is so blocked up or draining so badly. Towels are too small and for 6 of us staying there is no separate toilet. Its all in 1 bathroom. Would not book again.

Location is excellent, just a bit of a juggle if you come back before 6 to get nearby parking for free but car parks are near by

Property needs a lot of love and attention - feels neglected. We were extremely cold and struggled to sleep. 2 radiators did not work and the temperature outside had suddenly dropped to minus 3 and it was too cold at night to sleep in one of the bedrooms, and the hallway and bathroom were exceptionally cold too. Despite Iain saying he was sending a DIY man to fix this on 2 days no one came. We took the offer to stay an extra night for free believing the DIY man was attending that day to fix them. No one turned up so it was another very cold night. Property needs attention. Sofa covers are a bit sticky and grubby so need a good wash/clean. Sink in bathroom leaks. Utensils a bit sparse and basic. Needs a paint and a good clean and sort out.

Beautiful location, easily accessible, everything was easy to follow and make sense of in the apartment

A lot of AI generated images but may just be my taste. Kitchen sink didn’t really produce hot water for the dishes.

So centrally located with a stunning view, the property was clean and easy to find. More importantly, Iain maintained great communication throughout the process from pre-arrival to check out. Highly recommended.
