Panoramic Harbour View Apartment

Great harbor view. Location to sites and downtown were excellent.

Picture of keycode on lock box sent was unreadable in the picture. We had to call for code while standing in rain. Availability of paper towels would have been nice.

The apartment is very convenient and has a great view of the harbour. Absolutely love the view. It is within walking distance to the train station and the ferry terminal.

The property management can do better with their communication. They gave our lockbox code to another guest that rented an apartment on the second floor and our was on the first floor. By the time we arrived at our apartment and open the lockbox and there were no key. We tried to contact the property management and the property owner but no one pick up the phone. The property manager finally pick up the phone on our second phone call but he is a very angry person whose would scream and yelled at us and told us that he put the key in the lock box while in fact another guest has our key. The place is not a 5 stars hotel and I'm not expecting it from reading previous review. I'm basically looking for a place to sleep and not spend a lot of time in the room. So it served our purpose. However, the place need a good clean, especially the shower. The bedroom next to the bathroom smell like urine and it seemed that they tried to cover it up with a lot of air freshener. We were only there for two nights so we just put up with it.

location was perfect for access to ferry. parking offsite but not far, reasonable rates. Able to sleep 3 adults easily.

Apt not well stocked with essentials I expect. No laundry soap, no shower products. No tissue. All linens well used. Long hairs on throw pillows. We are used to well stocked units. 3 hangers. no iron etc.

Amazing location!! Views were beautiful! Right in the heart of Oban!

Could have had more kitchenware as stated.

This location is incredible right off the harbor. Much bigger and cleaner than we anticipated. Highly recommend.
