Ards House Self catering apartment with sea views

It had everything you could want for a week away with someone special

Everything it was big enough for two easily and had a cosy feel to place

The location and panoramic view were the best aspects of the property.

The property was let down unfortunately because of the cleanliness internally, basically it needed a Deep Clean, the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows and bed cover needed replaced by new firm pillows and a modern duvet, the shower controls were difficult to adjust ( possibly an instruction sign would work ), the microwave needed replaced.

Beautiful apartment with amazing sea view. Well equipped kitchen. Large living room with very comfortable sofas. The spacious bathroom has a great shower. Easy and free parking just across the main road.

EVERYTHING! My room was so cozy and the bath was lovely! My host greeted me and breakfast served in the dining room with water views was amazing! I would definitely recommend Ard House and hope to return soon! Susan

Location was brilliant.

I would have given a 10 if there had been a small table & chairs in the kitchen area.

we booked the self catering appartment and arrived late in the evening with our 12 months old baby. Before we even entered the place the owner came out pointing on our daughter saying that this is a problem. They denied having us as guests as rules apparently say that children are not allowed. (in the english version. German version is not that clear as it says children cannot be accommodated but at the same time states baby cots are subject to availability, which we didnt need because we had everything with us.)Dogs by the way are welcome which feels ridiculous. place should clearly mention „Adults only“ to make it clear in the main description. Advance payment must be made, so better double or triple check prior to booking. We were hoping that we could stay at least one night as it was already late that evening but we were asked to leave the premises which we had to accept. All over very unpleasant experience for us. - Wifi was only available in the main entrance but no more signal in the „Lounge“ 5 m away where we were allowed to sit at least until we found a new place for the night.
