Asunto oli aivan mielettömän ihana. Aito vanha talo. Niin siistiä ja puhdasta. Todella ystävälliset omistajat. Avaimet olivat avainkaapissa. Todella hiljainen asunto. Aivan keskustan tuntumassa mutta kuitenkin hiljainen om rauha. Kaunis vesistö. Todella upea paikka.

Ei ollut mitään mistä en olisi pitänyt.

Sijainti oli täydellinen, meren rannalla perinteistä rakentamista arvostavassa ympäristössä, näkymät veden yli Oulun keskustaan (mm kirkontorni) ja keskusta saavutettavissa modernin kävelysillan päässä (5-10 min). Nyt ei ollut aikaa lähiympäristössä liikkumiseen, mutta paljon kiinnostavia kävelyreittejä tarjolla (mm Nallikari). Kesällä ois erityisen mainio kohde (aamukahvinkin vois nauttia pikkuterassulla)!

Ilmalämpöpumppu piti tottumattoman korvaan alkuun vähän häiritsevää hurinaa, mutta toisena yönä tilanne oli jo hyvä (löysin säätimestä yöasennon). Kh:sta kuuluva ajoittainen aika voimakas "hurina" vähän mietitytti.
