Villa Elisabetta Apartments

Lovely spacious apartment with everything we needed. The bonus of multiple balconies meant being able to sit in sun or shade at different times of the day. Located on a quiet street a mere 10 minute walk to the main restaurants, bars and shops. And also not far to Nora beach and lagoon. Mario was very helpful with check-in and during the stay, despite us not being able to speak Italian.

Wish we'd stayed longer than a week!

Lovely flat, didn't look much from the outside and the photos are a bit deceptive on outdoor seating but the flat inside was lovely, clean and comfortable. Very near a supermarket as well which is handy.

Outside area

Very quiet and comfortable place where you can properly rest. The apartment is very central (the town is small) with restaurants nearby. The beaches are not too distant from Pula. We found the mattress very very comfortable.

The kitchen has too basic tools, so if you're cooking on your own you will find this limiting. Things like kitchen roll, oil, toilet paper and shower gel should be provided for the entire duration of the stay (5 nights). We had to buy these ourselves, as we only found one toilet roll in the flat. Check in time is quite late (4 pm) and lengthy, since we were asked to sit down and sign a holiday rental contract, despite having the Booking.com guarantee. The host is kind and available, but spends a lot of time in the property every day, which may somehow limit your privacy.

Great location. Mario fantastic host. Very comfy bed. Inside space just like the photos. Quite secure neighbourhood.

Rear outside space not like the photos no courtyard view and no real garden as advertised. Problem with hot water for the first 2 days but host did try to fix as soon as possible. Had to shower at friends apartment across the block but still charged €50 for late check out. Only bedding on one bed even though it was a 2 bed apartment.

Amazing apartment, beautiful sunny and clean. It has everything you need with a great location. In center of Pula and close to beach. Friendly owners.

Everything, a very strategic place to be able to visit Pula and the surrounding area. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. We were greeted by Mario, Elisabetta's father, a fantastic and very attentive gentleman!! If we return to this area we would not hesitate to return to their home! Ahh and she made us prickly pear to take away!😁

Great location- short walk to a range of restaurants and short bike ride to Nora beach which is so beautiful. Hosts so helpful.

Only thing I didn’t like was the neighbour’s dogs barking
