The apartment is beautiful and in a very good location. It has everything that you need. Violeta and Nevenko are very nice and kind and they helped me with everything. I recommend this apartment for sure.

i spent 3 delightful weeks in this lovely, recently renovated modern apartment, complete with everthing you could possibly need. located on top floor. gracious hosts that checked regularly to ensure everything was ok. 8 min quick walk to colosseum, 14 min to center. controlled parking (hectic but spot always available). in middle of a block that has a bakery, produce stand and cafes at one end and a full grocery at other. highly recommended as a place to stay in beautiful Pula.

Violeta and Nevenko were lovely from the start. Very responsive and they were able to meet me for check-in and to explain the various keys (for access to the parking lot, and the building, etc). The apartment is in an excellent location, just a stone's throw from the Pula Arena. The balcony has a wonderful view in the day as well as at night. The apartment is absolutely wonderful. Totally renovated but feels homey. Everything I could think of was provided and Violeta & Nevenko even left a cake and a bottle of wine in the fridge as a welcome gift. I just can't say enough good things about this place. Quiet at night, as it is in a residential area. It is very close to all the action, though, so going out for a late supper or for drinks is easy. Like everywhere I have been in Croatia, it is very safe to go out at any time of day. The apartment has very comfortable furniture and the bedding was perfect. There are a couple options for making coffee and the kitchen is fully equipped, though I spent most of my time exploring local eateries. The location of this apartment was perfect for exploring Pula and as a base to explore Istra. I would readily stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a lovely apartment in Pula.

Some people complained about the walk up. Personally, I enjoyed the exercise!

The host was really friendly and sweet, they left us a welcome gift some wine and a cake. when we left they gave us a small gift and wished a safe travel. The apartment was well equipped with all the appliances you need in everyday life, a capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and all small cutlery you need. The location was really good, 5 minute walk to Pula Arena and 10 min walk to all the tiny shops and main streets.

Nevenko and Violeta are a lovely couple who made us feel very welcome. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with good air conditioning. There is a bakers, greengrocers and small supermarket close by, the bus station is 10 minutes walk away as is the arena.

Everything was great

As the name suggests, this property is indeed a second home. The owners are one of the kindest people we met, the apartment is spacious with an abundance of sunlight, the terrace is nice with a seating arrangement, and EVERYTHING is provided up to needle and thread. Furniture is new, all spaces are cleaned to perfection. The position is excellent, a couple of minutes walk from the Arena. There are many free parking spots in the back of the building and on nearby streets, we were able to find parking with no problem at any time of the day in the building's public parking space. Highly recommended!

Friendly owners of the apartments, close to the city center (walking distance), excellent equipment with household appliances. The most beautiful beach with fish is Umbrella Beach (Verudela Peninsula).

Noise from cars. Ants have been found (this issue has been resolved with the apartment owner).
