"Poco confortevole e sporco."

L'alloggio è adiacente all'area pedonale e a dei parcheggi

Anche se suddiviso in due zone, l'alloggio è poco pratico e trascurato, con pavimento disconnesso e cavi a vista. La zona giorno è di dimensioni ridotte e scomoda da usufruire. Il piccolo lavello scarica male, lo abbiamo trovato sporco; così anche le stoviglie e le spugne per le stoviglie. L'alloggio in sé è poco pulito e da un lato si rivolge su un cortile con una tettoia in eternit. Il bagno è piuttosto piccolo e l'acqua calda è fornita da un boiler ad accumulo.

"Brut i petit."

Preu. AC silenciós.

Molt brut. Pèls i cabells als llençols. No és per a 4... hauria d'oferir-se només per a 2. Només hi havia 2 culleretes. No hi havia bols pels cereals, alguns utensilis estaven bruts. Cadires brutotes. Poca pressió de l'aigua de la dutxa. Paella vella on s'enganxava el menjar tot i posar-hi oli. No hi ha campana extractora. Va quedar el mini apartamemt amb una pudor... Amb wifi no tires... Has de tirar de dades. Se sent el trànsit. 38min fins trobar plaça d'aparcament. S'aparca al carrer a preu car.
