Location was very central and quiet, with easy parking in the underground public car park for only €4.50 for 24 hours. Door code accessed via an app worked well.

Both showers in the property are on 7-min timers, so washing your hair if you have long hair is not possible. After the time had expired, we had to wait for another 7-min countdown before we could use the shower again. There was no way we could walk between both showers dripping water all over the floor to wash long hair. The shower door is in poor condition, difficult to open, and does not seal properly. You can't run a bath because the taps are locked out and set-up for the 7-min timer only. So, why do you keep a bottle of bubble bath in this bathroom when there is no possibility of using it? The windows are all the thin sliding ones, which lets in a lot of outside noise. Thankfully, the bedroom windows are interior. To use the washing machine, you need to pay €1. As with the 7-min shower, this is penny-pinching and not necessary in this day and age. The double bed is so hard that I kept awaking with pins and needles in my right arm, as I tend to mainly sleep on that side. A/C is on a timer and at first I thought it was broken as nothing happens for 2-mins after pressing "ON", and it switches off after about 15-minutes. This only gave about 10-minutes of actual A/C. I had it set to "COLD" and with the fan set to "HIGH", but the fan never went higher than "LOW". This must be controlled by the owner. We were in the apartment late afternoon/early evening, and I was too warm and sweaty to enjoy my time there. Having said this, I noticed that the A/C did stay on longer during the evening, and at 11pm I was able to switch it off for the remainder of the night. As I had booked this property quite late after extending our road trip, we arrived at the property just after 3pm, and we contacted the owner that the door code wouldn't work. He said check-in time is 5pm. Why so late? A few minutes later sent the door code. Charge a flat fee of €110-120 to cover all the costs rather than €102 and the inconvenience?

The flat was in a great location - easy to find from the station and only 5 mins walk to the main square in Reus.

The APP access / lock was not all that easy to use; the owner kindly came to Reus to show me how it worked, which was really kind of him., once I got it, it was really easy !

The shower have timer, we have only 7min to take a shower, the Tv remote doesn’t work.

The location is fantastic. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The host is hospitable and responsive.

There are no keys, only mobile application, not comfortable. Can't get in if your phone is dead! The water in the shower is limited for 7 minutes. Usually enough, but if a woman wants to wash her hair - it's a problem. The laundry machine on the photo (when booking the apartment) appears to be paid. In February the apartment is cold, the air conditioner didn't do the job. The owner CAN ACCESS THE AC AND CHANGE THE TEMPERATURE AND FAN SPEED REMOTLY because he "knows better" what temperature should be in the apartment.

Issue with the showers where there’s a timer but that’s cos of the drought the area had so not really there fault even then they should tell us showers have a timer
