Central location, early check in was possible, fast response from owners

Fourth floor with no lift (a lot of stairs), small bathroom with no soap or shampoo in shower, second bed was a sofa, water damage on the ceiling, stained carpet

Beuatiful building and beautiful view. Sound proofed windows. Spacious room

A few cheap things could make this place better and more comfortable: 1) bedise tables, move the bed which is too close to the wall 2) a kettle so people can make coffee or tea 3) a shelf in the shower of the soap and shampoo

Perfect location. Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean apartment. Access couldn't be easier, and the location is perfect -- right on Brno's main square. It's surprising how quiet the apartment is given it's active location. We could hardly hear anything at all from outside the apartment. The architecture of the building is quite stunning, and the apartment itself is lovely with high ceilings, large windows and large rooms. Beds were clean and very comfortable. HVAC worked perfectly (just know that the one remote controls units in both rooms separately).

Really, there was nothing we didn't like. It was the best place we stayed for our entire trip. HIGHLY recommend! A couple of notes. Make sure you pay attention to the pictures in the description. The address in the listing got us to the square using our maps app but not right to the building itself. We had to look at the pictures, then look around the square to identify our building. Once we saw it, we went right there, and the codes worked to open the automatic doors and the apartment/room doors. One other note: it requires climbing 4 flights of stairs, so if that's a problem for you, you should reconsider -- there's no elevator. Wasn't a problem for us, but I know it could be for some.
