Расположение, наличие кухонной зоны. Наличие в комнате всего необходимого. Бесперебойная горячая вода!!! Большая удобная кровать и подходящий для отдыха диван (если бы ещё комплект постельного белья для того, кто спит на диване!) Рядом гипермаркет Carrefour. И это замечательно. В пешей доступности множество заведений с едой по доступным ценам.

Отсутствует утюг, сушилка и ещё бы стиралку! Возможно о их наличии можно договориться заранее. Хозяин апартаментов весьма оперативно отвечает на сообщения. С микроволновкой не смогли разобраться, возможно была не исправна.
