L'appartamento è bello, curato, dotato di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro storico di Todi, in un vicolo caratteristico e tranquillo. Il proprietario è molto disponibile, gentilissimo, facilmente reperibile

L'altra faccia della medaglia del trovarsi in un vicolo del pieno centro di una cittadina medievale è che la casa è un po' umida (forse anche perché vi abbiamo soggiornato subito dopo un periodo molto piovoso), ma il disguido è minimo e ampiamente compensato da tutti gli aspetti positivi
