Přestože je ubytování v blízkosti železniční trati, je uvnitř po uzavření oken klid a člověk se může vyspat. Nevýhodou bylo aktuální horké počasí a tudíž volba mezi větráním a tichem. Apartmán zřejmě prošel rekonstrukcí a veškeré vybavení bylo funkční. Nespornou výhodou je parkování na soukromém pozemku.
