Grazer Schwalbe

This is our second visit to Grazer Schwalbe. It's a very cozy little loft apartment with everything you need even for a longer stay. It is located a little outside the center of Graz, but everything is accessible on foot with a lot more peace and quiet than a kilometer away. A big advantage is the parking across the road which belongs to the apartment and is charged separately, but it solves many headaches if you travel by car. A big advantage is the small balcony facing the inner courtyard where you can have breakfast or have your morning coffee or cappuccino. An espresso machine is also available.

As the apartment is in the attic, it is not the most pleasant place during the hot summer months. AC would come in very handy. I really can't think of anything else.

The host was very nice and the flat was clean. Excellent position in the city center.

The owner was lovely and extremely helpful. The apartment was very quiet yet very close to all amenities and public transport. It was a home away from home, very cosy, very comfortable , a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. Loved the small balcony with great views over roof tops. nice stereo with great collection of CD’s.

There is nothing to complain about

Everything was perfect. Great communication before and during our stay. The hostess is very kind and helpful. The apartement was clean and in a great location.

Very clean and well maintained. Jane is a friendly, helpful and discreet host. A cozy apartment with a spacious and comfortable bed in a decent sized bedroom. Central city location. Everything is within walking distance. About ten minutes to the city center, about twenty to the old Schlossberg castle. The street is quite busy, but this is not a problem because the apartment is on the high third floor attic, so there is no traffic noise. A beautiful balcony overlooking the inner courtyard combined with a decent espresso machine and a plentiful supply of coffee beans makes every morning here a good one! 😊 The parking lot is right across from the entrance to the building, which is a big advantage because parking in the center of Graz is a big problem.

Nothing much. The only complaint is the elevator that barely fits two people and that only goes to the second floor. Still, I'd say it's nothing compared to what you get in this price range and location.
